A Warm Hug provides 24-hour non-medical companion and homemaker support for elderly adults and adults with disabilities. Our dependable caregivers provide safety observation, comfort, meaningful social engagement, and assistance with everyday household needs.
We are here for individuals who may need companionship, daily support, overnight presence, or an extra set of caring eyes and ears. We also provide much-needed relief for family caregivers.
A Warm Hug does not provide medical care, skilled nursing, medication administration, or hands-on medical services.

Non-medical companion care provides social support, homemaker assistance, and daily living help for seniors and adults with disabilities — without medical procedures. Services include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation support.
What areas does A Warm Hug, LLC serve?+
We serve Richmond, Goochland, Henrico, Hanover, New Kent, Essex, and surrounding Virginia areas — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you provide overnight and 24-hour care?+
Yes. Our 24-Hour Peace of Mind Plan provides around-the-clock companion care including overnight supervision, wellness checks, dementia support, and respite relief for family caregivers — available every day of the year.
Do you provide dementia and Alzheimer's companion support?+
Yes. We provide compassionate dementia companionship and support, including meaningful conversation, structured routines, safety monitoring, and respite relief for family caregivers.
What does companion care cost?+
Companion and homemaker services are billed at $32/hour (4-hour daily minimum). Daily Wellness Check-In is $100/day. The 24-Hour Peace of Mind Plan is $750/day. Monthly Wellness Check-In packages are also available.
